It is safe to order online with us as we do encrypt your payment card details. We have safety locks in our system so no one can see.

An order can only be cancelled and fully refunded if it hasn’t been despatched. If your order has already left us unfortunately you would be charged to cancel.

Depending on the change you are wanting to make we do aim to try and make them possible. If your order has already left us and has been despatched unfortunatley no change can be made to that product apart from a return which would still attract an additional charge. You can add further products to the order however we can’t guarantee they would arrive together. If your product hasn’t left us and you want to change the product or add on, we can make this possible.

Yes, an invoice is automatically sent to the email address the order has been placed under.

No, Pay Pal does not attract any additional costs. However it can only be used on online orders by yourself, not telephone orders.

All cost for delivery and VAT is included in the price shown once you select the postal area during the quote/buy process.

We offer a standard 2-3 working day delivery, however if your items are ordered by 1pm you can choose a next day service for an additional cost of £15.

The cut off time for our Standard delivery is 1pm 2 days before the selected desired delivery date and for a Next Day service it is 1pm the day before the selected delivery date

On our Standard delivery service you will receive your order within 2-3 working days. We do everything that we can to meet the selected desired delivery date but cannot always be guaranteed. Should an issue arise, we will notify the customer by telephone or email as soon as possible

We are able to deliver to most post code areas, however some post codes may require slightly longer than our Standard delivery of 2-3 working days. Should this be the case, we will notify the customer by telephone or email as soon as possible.

No you do not need to be at the property to accept the delivery. However, as we can only guarantee a kerbside delivery, we do recommend it. The drivers will where possible, deliver the goods to the requested location and leave without a signature.

On our Standard delivery service we can only guarantee between 7am and 7pm. You can upgrade to an AM delivery slot between 7am and 12:30pm, or a PM delivery slot between 12:30pm and 7pm for an additional £15.00. We can advise the haulier of any times to avoid which are unsuitable or where access may be an issue but cannot guarantee that the haulier will be able to adhere to this.

If there are any concerns regarding restrictions you can speak to a member of our Sales Team beforehand who can take a look at this and offer advice. Where access for an 18 tonne lorry is not possible, please advise us before your delivery date of this and we can request a smaller vehicle

You can amend your delivery date by emailing our Customer Service Team. All orders are dispatched approximately 48 hours before the due delivery date to make their way to your local delivery depot. The delivery depot can hold the goods until the requested date, however, depending on the hold time this may incur a holding fee.

Our third party haulier is Mitchells although orders to some areas local to Doncaster may be delivered on our dedicated wagon.

You can call our office and follow option 3 to speak to the Delivery department who will be able to provide you with an update on your order.

We deliver to most locations across the UK.

Items placed on the same order will be dispatched together and scheduled for the same delivery date to be delivered together. Where this is not possible, we will notify the customer by telephone or email as soon as possible.

We offer a free standard delivery regardless of how many items you decide to order. However if you want to receive next day delivery it attracts the additional cost of £15.

If we are unable to deliver, the customer will be notified by telephone or email as soon as possible.

You cannot speak to the driver but you can call our offices and follow option 3 to speak to your local delivery depot.

Please email Customer Services to advise of the issue. The Customer Service Team will be able to cancel or amend your order. Please note that once deliveries have been dispatched from our yard, a return fee of £50.00 per pallet will apply. Additional costs may also apply if you are wishing to change the product.

Paperwork should accompany your order detailing the items on your order and a delivery ticket from the haulier should also be provided for you to sign. If this is not the case you can call our offices and we can provide a copy via email.

We will always aim to delivery your products whatever the weather, if for some reason your driver is delayed or needs to reschedule the delivery you will be the first to know.

Our truck size can vary however the delivery is usually made on an 18 tonne vehicle which we like to say is the average size of a bin lorry. If a smaller vehicle is required we can request a 7.5 tonne. Large orders over this amount can be discussed when purchasing as this may attract the need for a larger vehicle.

If you are wanting to return your goods due to any damages or shortages you have 48 hours to make us aware, and 14 days to return the goods, however if its due to not liking the product, ordering over the amount needed or a change of mind there will be a £50 charge per pallet to return the goods.

Once a refund is requested it takes 3-5 working days for it to reach your account. If there is any issues please feel free to contact our finance department on ‘ accounts@gravelmaster.co.uk’ or our customer service team.

Unfortunately we do not accept used pallets or bulk bags to be returned. We do apologise.

All returned products must be in their original condition and they must be in the original packaging. We advise if you are returning bulk bags/pallets you should get in contact with us and we will arrange the return pick up. However you can also return the goods yourself, this will be at your own cost. We advise if you are externally returning your goods, to keep your receipt for proof.

Unfortunately we do not refund the delivery charge, and an additional £50 is charged as this is the cost of a pallet collection

Please call a member of our sales team to enquire about stock and availability. If a product is out of stock, a member of our team will contact you as soon as it is available to order. Please note that certain products may take days or weeks to become available again.

The average recommended size for a driveway is 20mm. We would not advise using a gravel smaller than 20mm because it can often get stuck in tyre treads.

It is not a necessity to lay weed control membrane underneath soil and aggregates, however, it is advisable because weed control membranes retains moisture and suppresses the growth of weeds; maintaining a tidy garden.

Yes, each Topsoil is screened initially at 10mm to remove oversized lumps and stones.

Unfortunately you cannot order single bags alone. Each product page gives an option of the quantity which is available to buy. Pre-packed bags are already readily packed onto pallets; therefore, we cannot alter the quantity offered. Please speak to a member of the sales team if you are unsure about a certain quantity.

Once you know the dimensions of the are you wish to cover, enter the length, width and depth into the provided boxes. It will then calculate the following for you: approximately how many tonnes you require, how many 850kg bulk bags you require, or how many 25kg bags you require to cover the given area. When you enter the first two letters of the deliver postcode onto the product page, it will provide you with a price which includes standard delivery and VAT. Please note that we have to distribute our products from Doncaster in South Yorkshire, therefore, there may be an extra charge for deliveries to certain areas. You will always be notified of a price increase before entering payment details. Should you wish to withdraw from placing your order, you can do so before entering payment details.
