Play Sand

Our play sand is made specifically for children's sandpits and play areas. It is a high quality silica sand that acts as a safe, protective surface for children to play on.

Our kid’s sand is used all over the UK in schools and nursery play areas as well as at home in play pits.

Our play pit sand is washed at source, determining that excess lime has been removed and as a result will not leave any residues on children's clothes. More importantly it will not cause injury to a child's skin or eyes due to excess lime.

It is tested to BS EN1177 standard
