I initially ordered one bulk bag of the Problend Premier Gold Topsoil, through the website, but then found that I needed two. On the Saturday the person doing the work for me said that he would need two bulk bags, So I phoned and left a message and also e-mailed. I received a a phone reply within a few minutes and I was told that as it was the weekend someone would call me on Monday to change the order for me. As promised I received a call early on Monday morning and my order was increased and promised for delivery on Wednesday. The order arrived on Wednesday AM as promised. The soil is very good quality, very clean and hopefiully will grow very good flowers. The only downside is that the bags come on pallets which had to be disposed of by me. Not being a driver it meant that I had to find someone to dispose of them for me
